  • Perform a variety of clerical and secretarial duties to relieve the Principal of administrative and clerical detail.
  • Learn school organization, operations, policies and objectives.
  • Interpret, apply and explain laws, codes, rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Assure smooth and efficient office operations.
  • Maintain a variety of records, logs and files.
  • Understand and carry out oral and written instructions.

  • a. Grades 5-8
  • b. Advanced math—pre Algebra
  • c. Knowledge and use of Next Gen standards
  • d. Part time position = 7:30am – 12:00pm
  • e. Full time position = 7:30am – 2:30pm
  • i. Includes math courses in the morning and additional “extra” courses in the afternoon such as a foreign language, health, religion or helping students with large projects such as Science Olympiad or preparing for a family night
  • f. Some volunteer responsibilities are expected as part of either position
  • g. Support and promote Christian values and specifically Catholic teachings within the school and classroom
  • h. $31,000 – 33,000 for Full time; $16,000 – 18,000 for part time. Depending on experience

  • a. Plan and conduct weekly computer/technology classes for K-8th grade students.

  • c. Manage fleet that includes 100+ Chromebooks and 50+ computers for K-8 school.
  • d. Manage Google Admin platform and other educational technology tools used in the school.
  • e. Provide user level troubleshooting and technical assistance to students and staff in school.
  • f. $15,500 part time
  • a. Planning and running gym classes for PreK 4 – 8th grade
  • b. Knowledge and use of 2024 National standards for physical education
  • c. Planning at least one “field day” for students / year
  • d. $15,000 part time; 20,000 – 29,500 full time depending on experience/licensure
  • a. All aspects of teaching art to grades PreK 4 – 8.
  • b. Planning one Fine arts night a year to display work
  • c. Some volunteer time is expected such as helping with props for school plays
  • d. Knowledge and use of NYS standards for the Arts
  • e. 15,000 part time; 20,000 – 29,500(FT) depending on experience/licensure
  • a. Maintaining a safe and supportive environment for young children
  • b. Assisting teachers with carrying out lesson plans
  • c. Helping children manage restroom issues 
  • d. Handling basic hygiene needs such as handwashing
  • e. Preparing children for and supervising them during naptime
  • f. Preparing and serving lunch or healthy snacks
  • g. Observing children for developmental problems and other concerns—and passing this information on to the preschool teacher
  • h. Supporting preschool teachers with preferred classroom management and discipline strategies
  • i. Participate and help with parent-teacher conferences as needed
  • j. $18,000 – 19,500 depending on experience
  • a. 30 hours / week: 11:00am – 5:00pm
  • b. Must be reliable
  • c. Assist head maintenance in maintenance tasks
  • d. Driving license required—taking trash and recycling, picking up orders from Sam’s Club, general errands, some winter plow work, etc…
  • e. Janitorial: emergency clean-ups until 3:00pm. 3:00pm – 5:00pm: end of day school janitorial tasks: cleaning bathrooms, classrooms, hallways, vacuuming, restocking, and all aspects of cleaning a school
  • f. $16,200 – 18,000 depending on experience /references.
