- • Perform a variety of clerical and secretarial duties to relieve the Principal of administrative and clerical detail.
- • Learn school organization, operations, policies and objectives.
- • Interpret, apply and explain laws, codes, rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
- • Assure smooth and efficient office operations.
- • Maintain a variety of records, logs and files.
- • Understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
- • Compose correspondence and written materials independently or from oral instructions.

- a. Grades 5-8
- b. Advanced math—pre Algebra
- c. Knowledge and use of Next Gen standards
- d. Part time position = 7:30am – 12:00pm
- e. Full time position = 7:30am – 2:30pm
- i. Includes math courses in the morning and additional “extra” courses in the afternoon such as a foreign language, health, religion or helping students with large projects such as Science Olympiad or preparing for a family night
- f. Some volunteer responsibilities are expected as part of either position
- g. Support and promote Christian values and specifically Catholic teachings within the school and classroom
- h. $31,000 – 33,000 for Full time; $16,000 – 18,000 for part time. Depending on experience
- Planning and running gym classes for PreK 4 – 8th grade
- Knowledge and use of 2024 National standards for physical education
- Planning at least one “field day” for students / year
- Some volunteer responsibilities are expected
- $12,000 part time; 21,000 – 25,000 full time depending on experience/licensure
- a. Plan and conduct weekly computer/technology classes for K-8th grade students.
- b. Provide educational technology guidance to classroom teachers.
- c. Manage fleet that includes 100+ Chromebooks and 50+ computers for K-8 school.
- d. Manage Google Admin platform and other educational technology tools used in the school.
- e. Provide user level troubleshooting and technical assistance to students and staff in school.
- f. $15,500 part time
